Bloody Ishq 2024 Hindi Full Movie – Storyline :

Story : Bloody Ishq

“Bloody Ishq” starts with Avika Gor’s character, Neha, drowning in the ocean. Her fate remains unclear, but in the next scene, we find her in a hospital with many months wiped from her memory. She is soon taken to an isolated Scottish villa by a man (Vardhaan Puri) claiming to be her husband. Within the first ten minutes, Neha questions why she can’t feel love for this man (likely due to her amnesia), casts suspicion on him, only to trust him after spending the night with him. This marks the beginning of a problematic storyline filled with absurd dialogue and unhinged scenes.

In one sequence, a spirit possesses a ghost hunter while her partner continues filming instead of helping her. Another scene shows a husband suggesting a bedroom session to calm his almost maniacal wife. Characters frequently slip English words into their conversations to establish the movie as a modern-day tale, unlike Bhatt’s previous works set in the 1920s.

Review: Bloody Ishq (2024)

Horror isn’t a strong suit for Indian filmmakers, often characterized by overly dramatic camera angles, cheap jump scares, and cringe-worthy writing. Unfortunately, Vikram Bhatt’s latest horror thriller, “Bloody Ishq,” manages to stoop even further. The film not only exhibits all the trademarks of a poor horror flick but also suffers from extremely shoddy CGI, overused beyond reason. Bhatt employs visual effects not just to portray ghouls and possessed humans but even for routine shots. This lackluster VFX breaks any possible tension, stripping the film of its intended thrills.

I didn’t expect much from the movie in terms of delivering scares, but I was unprepared for the intolerable visual nightmare it turned out to be, especially since Bhatt has previously delivered decent horror films.
